When looking across the banking world at employees and leadership teams, talent should be a reflection of the communities in which we live. Equicratic was formed to apply the rigors of data science to help leaders in banking hold themselves and their institutions accountable to their values.
Our goal is to use data to advance the most important conversation in financial services; to help underrepresented groups earn well-deserved seats at the table; and ultimately, to help transform banks into diverse centers of inclusion and equity.
